sarah hogg.jpg - Sarah Hogg became Chairman of the Tale Valley Trust in May 2009 after serving as a Trustee since 2003. During her involvement with the charity she has been primarily focussed on raising awareness of the Trust's work and fundraising. Sarah has been a local resident and business woman for over 20 years and has always taken a keen interest in the countryside and local environment. By engaging with local communities and schools, Sarah hopes to take the charity from strength to strength by enabling it to continue it's important work with even bigger and more ambitious projects.

sarah hogg.jpg - Miles Leonard has been a Trustee of TVT since it was formed and has been closely involved in the Trust’s work and its support of local causes by way of grant giving. He regularly attends the steering committee meetings which deal with fundraising and the ongoing review of progress with the Trust’s current projects. Going forward, he hopes the Trust will be able to continue its good work and grow to take on further important work. Miles lives just outside the Tale Valley in Whimple and works in Exeter.
- The Tale Valley is a beautiful and special place – anything we can do to help support its environment and encourage others to enjoy what is has to offer must be good news!

sarah hogg.jpg - Jean Kingdon is a local business woman and has lived in the Ottery area for more than 30 years. She has been a trustee of the Tale Valley Trust since it was formed and has been involved with many of the successful projects undertaken by the Trust.

sarah hogg.jpg - Justin Lascelles became a Trustee of the Tale Valley Trust in 2007 after being involved with Tale Valley Trust projects in a professional context due to his role as a Land Agent.As a Land Agent he has a wide experience of the impact of environmental schemes on commercial farming and trying to balance habitat enhancement with the practicalities of running a farming business. Justin hopes to be able to assist the TVT in engaging with Farmers and Landowners to encourage them to participate in the schemes that the scheme is championing.

sarah hogg.jpg - A Talaton resident and primary school teacher, Lorraine Crozier is the newest member of the TVT. She has a very good knowledge of the Tale valley, spending many happy hours walking the lanes and footpaths with her dogs. Lorraine has a great interest in local wildlife and hopes that her involvement with the Trust will help to preserve habitats for the future.

sarah hogg.jpg - Richard Shaw has lived within the Tale Valley area since 1980 and became a Trustee of The Tale Valley Trust in 2000. Having been brought up to appreciate the countryside and all it has to offer he now enjoys a variety of country pursuits and is interested in conservation. He has practised as a Chartered Surveyor in Exeter for the last 30 years. Richard with his wife Peppi is a keen gardener particularly producing vegetables and enjoys visiting Country Houses and gardens.
