• Sarah Hogg became Chairman of the Tale Valley Trust in May 2009 after serving as a Trustee since 2003.  During her involvement with the charity she has been primarily focussed on raising awareness of the Trust's work and fundraising.  Sarah has been a local resident and business woman for over 20 years and has always taken a keen interest in the countryside and local environment. By engaging with local communities and schools, Sarah hopes to take the charity from strength to strength by enabling it to continue it's important work with even bigger and more ambitious projects.
    • "I am so proud of the many achievements and improvements that we have made to this lovely area and look forward to being involved with the continuing success of this important environmental charity."

    • Miles Leonard has been a Trustee of TVT since it was formed and has been closely involved in the Trust’s work and its support of local causes by way of grant giving. He regularly attends the steering committee meetings which deal with fundraising and the ongoing review of progress with the Trust’s current projects. Going forward, he hopes the Trust will be able to continue its good work and grow to take on further important work. Miles lives just outside the Tale Valley in Whimple and works in Exeter.
    • The Tale Valley is a beautiful and special place – anything we can do to help support its environment and encourage others to enjoy what is has to offer must be good news!

    • Kerry has been a trustee with the TVT since 2014, and a member of the steering group for two years prior to that. As an East Devon resident, she is keen to see more local groups and individuals assist in the conservation of the area and keep the community spirit high.
    • The wildlife, countryside and all that it holds are so important to protect and nurture - I love working with like-minded people who treasure these vital parts of our world, and want to see them flourish for future generations to see and enjoy.
